The HIPAA capable VeriFone terminal is available to order. The VeriFone terminal is a verification device that uses basic (analog) telephone outlets to connect with the Medicaid Verification System (MEVS).

About the VeriFone Terminal (Pricing/Features)
The VeriFone Terminal has been priced at $817 (includes shipping and handling) plus tax and will include the following features:

• 5 year warranty on hardware failures
• Expedited Replacement Service (overnight replacement of damaged units)
• Integrated printer
• Faster modem for improved transmission speeds
• Easier to use ATM keys

Ordering Information
To order the new VeriFone terminal, simply fill out the VeriFone order form and mail it to the address indicated on the form with your check for the amount necessary to cover the number of units you require. A tax table is also available on the back of the ordering form to calculate your tax. If you are tax exempt, please be sure to include your tax-exempt certificate. Please be sure to accurately complete the ordering form so your order will be processed without delay.
