Changes brought about by the implementation of eMedNY have been made (i.e., Prior Authorization number is now 11 digits, not 8; description of fields on roster is changed).
The policy on the claiming of mileage within urban areas, such as New York City, is expressed.
The definitions of advanced life support (ALS) and basic life support (BLS) ambulance services have been changed, to now include the monitoring of an intravenous (IV) solution as an ALS service.
Enrollment requirements, when there is more than one operating location, have been updated. |
