Potential Causes:
The Date of Birth is blank or does not contain all the required 8 digits. The Date of Birth may have been submitted using 6 digits rather than the required 8 digits.

Solution:
Check the Date of Birth to ensure the full 8 digits are being reported. If necessary, verify the date of birth of the recipient using MEVS and enter the correct date on the claim. Enter the data in the loop and the segment provided, and resubmit.
