Potential Causes:
The discharge status code is indicating a discharge and the discharge date and the end date of service are not the same date. If a discharge occurred the end date of service and the discharge date must be the same.
Solution:
Check to ensure the status code is correct. If a discharge did occur, then the end date of service on the header and the discharge date must be the same date.
