Potential Causes:
The provider is not on file as being able to bill portable X-ray services. When billing Procedure Codes Q0092, R0070 or R0075, the provider must have Specialty Code 738 on their State File.

Solution:
Verify that the Procedure Code billed is correct for the service rendered. If the correct Procedure Code was used then contact the Department of Health Enrollment Unit to have Specialty Code 738 added to your provider file. Enter the data in the loops and segments provided and resubmit.
