Q:
Bus Token Reimbursement - Is there a way to bill for NYS Medicaid clinic patients?
A:

Yes, token reimbursement will be rate-based, as are your regular Clinic services.

Note that NYSDOH cannot process a zero-charge claim. Although the payment is rate-based you must bill at least one dollar on the service line.
