The eMedNY NPI Registry will allow you to add multiple NPIs for a single MMIS Provider ID after you enter the MMIS Provider ID and taxpayer information.  If you do not register all NPIs associated with an MMIS Provider ID prior to implementation, you will be required to complete separate enrollment packets for each NPI.  Please be aware that you will receive a separate remittance for each NPI.  If the organization is a group practice, the affiliation between the group and individual practitioners must be maintained for each NPI.
