WHAT IS AN ISSUE? |
| A: |
If you are an enrolled Partner and have a question/comment regarding your transaction files or any question in regards to NYSDOH’s requirements for submitting EDI Transactions, please avail yourself of a very user friendly option that you may use to alert us to your question or comment. This feature is called ISSUES . |

| Q: |
WHY WOULD YOU USE THIS FEATURE? |
| A: |
This feature is an expeditious way for you to alert us to a problem you may be having with testing your transactions. Once you open an issue, our technical staff reviews it in a 'first come - first serve' manner. We can advise you on EDI formats, lead you to certain resources on the site that can help identify a problem, or we may be able to advise you of specific NYSDOH Business Rules. Finally, and most importantly, our main goal is to assist you in creating HIPAA compliant transactions and achieving a successful implementation. |
