The purpose of this notice is to inform Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Midwives, and Ordered Ambulatory Providers of new requirements to report the National Drug Codes (NDC) when billing for Physician Administered drugs on Medicaid claims, effective 1/01/08.

Edit 0210 has been established in the system that when a transportation PA request form from a NYC practitioner is scanned, the resulting PA will be suspended for manual review by the county of fiscal responsibility, unless that county is
66-NYC, 97-OMH, 98-OMR, or 99-DOH.
