MEVS / DVS Provider Manual - (5010 Version)
This manual is designed to familiarize you with the Medicaid Eligibility Verification System. The manual contains different sections discussing the Common Benefit Identification Card, the verification equipment, procedures for verification, a description of eligibility responses, definitions of codes, and descriptions of alternate access methods.

eMedNY POS Start Guide (Verifone Terminals)
Contains instructions to Reset the Day/Date & Time, instructions for Setup Menu to adjust dial prefix, instructions for Provider Menu to add or delete NPI or MMIS Provider Information.

Ordering Information

**Attention Providers** Effective December 1, 2013 eMedNY will no longer sell Point of Service (POS) terminals. If you would still like to purchase a VeriFone Vx570 from a different vendor you may do so. However, terminals ordered from other retailers does require terminal certification through eMedNY. Also terminal warrantees purchased from other retailers are not honored by eMedNY.
