Using the Search Tool:
Select the method you wish to search by, then enter the information in the textfield. Press the "Enter" key or click on the "Search" button to begin searching. If you have questions or need assistance, please Contact the eMedNY Call Center at 800-343-9000.
Search by Name:
When searching by NAME you can enter first or last name. If entering both the first and the last name, enter the last name, then a space, then the first name. You may also enter part of a name for which you are searching.
Search by NPI:
When searching by NPI it must be a 10 digit number.
Search by License Number:
When searching by License Number, enter in a minimum of 6 digits for a partial match.
Search by Specialty Code:
When searching by Specialty Code, start typing into the text field, and if there are matches then it will show up in a selectable dropdown list. Click on the specialty code desired in the list and click search. Note: some speciatly codes will return many results.
Sorting:
Select the column you wish to sort by before you search.
